About Chelsea
Hello! My name is Chelsea, and I am a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) graduate from the University of Johannesburg, South Africa. I am a friendly, patient, and dedicated tutor who enjoys helping students develop their English communication skills and become more confident in their abilities.
My academic and professional background has given me strong skills in English communication, academic writing, research, critical thinking, and professional communication. I also have experience in Quality Assurance, where I trained and supported individuals, developed assessments, explained concepts, and provided constructive feedback to help people improve their knowledge and performance.
I offer personalised lessons in English, including conversational English, professional communication, interview preparation, academic English, and Legal English. I also welcome students who simply want to become more confident and comfortable communicating in English.
My teaching approach is relaxed, supportive, and adapted to each student's individual needs and goals. I believe that learning should be a positive experience, so I encourage students to ask questions, practise freely, and learn from their mistakes without feeling pressured or judged.
Whether you are a beginner, intermediate, or advanced learner, I will work with you at your own pace and focus on the areas where you need the most support. My goal is to make lessons practical, engaging, and relevant to your everyday life, studies, or career.

Depending on your needs, lessons may include conversation practice, vocabulary development, pronunciation, grammar, reading comprehension, writing exercises, role-play, and practical communication activities.
I hold a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the University of Johannesburg and have professional experience in training, quality assurance, coaching, and developing assessments. This background has strengthened my ability to explain information clearly, break down complex concepts into simple steps, and provide constructive feedback to help students improve.
I offer lessons in English and can assist students with conversational English, general English, professional communication, interview preparation, academic English, and Legal English. I am proficient in English and can teach in English.
