About Ella
Hello, I am a junior in college double majoring business marketing/communications and minoring in psychology. I was homeschooled my whole childhood. Once school went online due to COVID, I began homeschooling the kids I nanny. I have been working closely with young kinds for some time (teaching dance), and have a very good understanding on how to adjust teaching approach to better your child's outcome.

I have worked closely with the 5 year old I currently nanny on reading and writing. She was falling behind due to lack of confidence. Once I realized that she did understand it, but was scared to read for her class, I spent the extra time teaching her to read out loud. I aspire to identify kids' individual road blocks and work with them to overcome. Making kids comfortable, and excited, reading and writing sentences is the first step in their literacy journey!
