About BABITA
I am a Psychology Educator and Counseling Psychologist with an M.A. in Applied Developmental Psychology and experience teaching Psychology to students across different age groups and educational settings.
I offer personalized online Psychology tutoring for students worldwide, including learners following IB DP, ISC and other school or undergraduate Psychology curricula.
Whether you are struggling with complex theories, preparing for examinations, improving your academic answers, understanding research methods or working on your IB Psychology Extended Essay, I can support you at every step. I have experience teaching IBDP Psychology and supervising Psychology Extended Essays, with familiarity with the 2025–2027 IB Psychology syllabus.
My teaching approach is student-centered, interactive and application-based. Instead of simply memorizing theories and studies, we explore concepts through real-world examples, discussions, critical-thinking questions and exam-style application.
Every student learns differently, so I adapt my sessions to your learning style, goals and pace. My background in counseling and adolescent development also allows me to create a supportive and comfortable learning environment where you can ask questions, make mistakes and build confidence.

I believe Psychology is best learned when students can connect theories and research to real-life experiences. My teaching is student-centred, interactive, and focused on developing conceptual understanding rather than rote learning.
Teaching techniques: I use real-life examples, case studies, discussions, questioning, concept mapping, research studies, and application-based activities. I encourage students to ask questions, challenge ideas, and develop critical thinking.
Class structure: Classes usually begin with a quick recap, followed by introduction of the concept, explanation through examples and research, interactive discussion/application, and a short review or practice activity at the end.
What makes my teaching special: I simplify complex psychological concepts and create a comfortable environment where students can openly express their ideas. I also focus on exam skills, evaluation, research methodology, and applying Psychology to everyday life.
Who my classes are for: I teach school and college-level Psychology students, including students preparing for IB,ISC, CBSE Psychology and other academic examinations. Classes can also be tailored for learners who simply want to understand Psychology more deeply.
