About Susanne
I love tutoring and sharing my experience with students of all ages! I have many years of tutoring experience and have also taught in classrooms. I have also translated for many years, including providing certified translations; therefore I'm good at getting the nuances of words. I have a Master's degree and have provided tutoring to many students and adults of various backgrounds and needs. A sense of humour is always good to make learning easier!
I've also discovered that I always learn from my students, too!

I'm enthusiastic about languages, and I share that with my students. That builds your confidence and makes the material more engaging. I do an assessment to find the area(s) where improvement can take place.
My methodology and typical lesson plan are to start with some current material that you and I will work on together. My technique is to always be encouraging. It also involves tailoring the teaching materials to you yourself. What sets me apart as a tutor? I am a good listener with a sensitive ear, and can easily help you with your pronunciation by breaking down words forming the basis of foreign-language words. My lessons are for university or junior or high-school levels, SAT prep, essay-writing or even for professionals.
