About Mel
I love learning and I love teaching. Science is a passion of mine. I have most experience in advanced levels of anatomy and physiology but I find all branches of science fascinating, especially natural and earth sciences. Did you know that the human body and plants have similar reactions to nutrient overload or deficiency? As a former chiropractor, teaching was part of my everyday (but I also have experience tutoring).

My tutoring experience is two fold, and using my experience from both sides of the coin I can better help others truly learn and grasp the concepts. I received tutoring off and on throughout my education and first became a tutor in high school, tutoring all subjects below me but specifically sciences, maths and english.
We all learning differently and for that different tactics are applied. Some of us learn by doing, others by watching and listening, and I will lean on which ever method works best for my client. I can help understand the big picture and/or minor details.
Lesson plans will be catered towards the clients goals and objectives, and will be altered based on progress to match the clients needs.
