I race cars professionally. I have been in the spelling bee 4 times. I have taken runner up on book writing competitions a few times. I read all the time. I love engineering and cars. I have tutored 5 kids in the past.

I first get to know the kid. Then I do a little test but no pressure on them. After the test I grade it and then help them with what they are struggling with. I like to usually bring prizes with me so during the session when they are very good I let them pick a prize. It makes the kids work harder and be more determined. It rewards them for being good.
