About Luca
I have a BSc and MSc in industrial Chemistry from Bologna university and PhD a from Cardiff University in chemical engineering, now I work as researcher in Imperial College. I collaborate in my project with several companies around Europe. I like to talk and teach about chemistry, I have done several private lessons throughout my studies and I enjoy seeing my students improving during the course of our lessons. Hopefully I can manage to get them as passionate as me about the topic :)

I would like to know what the student requires to learn in advance, on the day we will have a little theoretical explanation. At this point I usually like to discuss with the student about what he thinks about the subject and what he struggles to understand. Once overcome the doubts I recommend a small test to improve the confidence of the student and consolidate the notions learnt.

Definitely the right person to have a lesson with.

Details
These are hourly rates, I always do not really mind to go longer. Most of the time I do session of 1h 20 min since I do not like stopping the class in the middle of an important topic. This obviously does not impact on the price, which is still 50 £ per 60/80 min. important discounts can be made for 2 hours sessions,multiple students sessions or package of lessons.
