About Rowan
With a decade of ESL teaching experience, I specialize in helping high school and college students strengthen their English skills through personalized, student-focused instruction. I design lessons to meet each learner’s goals, level, and learning style, combining grammar and vocabulary practice with reading, writing, listening, and speaking exercises.

My ESL teaching methodology is guided by Creativity, Communication, Compassion, and Problem-solving (C³P). Creativity is promoted through interactive storytelling, role-playing, and project-based exercises that encourage students to explore ideas and express themselves confidently in English.
Communication is central to my lessons. I incorporate discussions, debates, and collaborative exercises to improve fluency, comprehension, and confidence in practical communication. Compassion ensures lessons are tailored to each student’s learning style and pace, providing ongoing support, encouragement, and feedback.
Problem-solving is integrated through scenario-based exercises, practical tasks, and analytical challenges that teach students to use English effectively while enhancing critical thinking. I also teach complementary subjects like reading comprehension, writing, and vocabulary enrichment for holistic learning.
This approach cultivates learners who are confident, creative, empathetic, and capable of applying English in academic, professional, and everyday situations.
