About Yuet
I'm a currently a student, majoring guitar performance in RCS. I've been giving lessons since mid 2015 to various students with age ranging 4 to 60+. Although my major instrument is classical guitar, I have been providing ukulele, acoustic guitar, music theory and aural lessons. Before resigning to come for my studies, I organized a student concert consisting solos and ensemble performances. I strongly encourage and inspires students to get involve in workshops, masterclass and events as you expose not only to the teacher but also to the music scene. Through activities not only we meet people with common interests, also gain confidence and passion from within.
I learned guitar since the age of 5. I first perform at the age of 6, and achieved first runner up in Tarrega International competition 8 years back. I have a wide interest so I picked up violin, piano and drums too. I have various performance experience in classical concerts, theatre projects, gigs etc. I'm active in organising events, and keeps myself learning by participating in workshops, masterclass and camps.

I do all the basic fingerings, positions, reading notes, listening skills, getting good tone and etc. I select repertoires and exercises based on students ability and preference. I believe teachers are responsible not just for guiding students to the right direction, giving them a push to practice, and most importantly, building their interests.
