About Victoria

I’m a supportive, patient, and detail-oriented tutor with experience working with a diverse range of students and learning needs. I believe every student has their own strengths, learning style, and pace, so I tailor my lessons to meet them where they are and help them reach their goals.

My approach combines structure, encouragement, and personalized guidance to make learning feel approachable and rewarding. Whether students need help building foundational skills, staying focused, completing assignments, or developing stronger academic abilities, I create a positive environment where they can ask questions, practise new skills, and build confidence.

My goal is to help every student feel capable, independent, and proud of their progress—while making learning an experience they can genuinely enjoy!

My lessons are designed to make history engaging, accessible, and easy to understand. I use clear, visually engaging slideshows, helpful notes, and interactive quizzes and assessments to reinforce what we learn in a fun and memorable way.

Every lesson is tailored to the student’s learning pace, interests, and goals. Whether you’re fascinated by ancient civilizations, medieval history, world wars, Canadian history, or a specific historical event, I’m happy to explore the topics that interest you most!

Together, we’ll go beyond simply memorizing dates—we’ll uncover the stories, people, ideas, and events that shaped our world.

Perfect! She is very knowledgable and positive and patient. Also very understanding. I was happy that she could make up sessions soon when circumstances happened. And she made sure I was keeping myself accountable to keep up with assignments
