About Harshita
I hold an MPhil in Clinical Psychology, along with two Master’s degrees in Clinical Psychology and a Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences. My academic journey has given me a strong foundation in understanding human behavior, psychopathology, psychological processes and mental health.
But for me, psychology has always been more than a subject or a collection of theories—it is a way of understanding people. My passion is to make psychology accessible, engaging and meaningful, especially for students who find complex concepts difficult to grasp.
My purpose as a tutor is simple: to help you move from memorizing psychology to genuinely understanding it. I want my classes to be a space where you can ask questions freely, think critically, explore ideas and develop genuine curiosity about the human mind.
I believe the best learning happens when knowledge becomes something you can see, discuss and experience, not just something you read in a textbook.

My classes go beyond textbooks and rote memorization. I use interesting real-life videos, case-based discussions, roleplays, visual explanations, practical examples and interactive questioning to make psychological concepts easier to understand and remember. We connect theories to real human behavior, discuss different perspectives, and practice applying concepts through realistic scenarios. Each class ends with a quick recap and key takeaways so you leave understanding the concept—not simply memorizing it
