About Radomir

I am a business professional with a strong academic background and practical experience in management, leadership, logistics and procurement. Holding a Bachelor's degree in Business and Logistics and an MBA specializing in International Leadership, I am passionate about sharing my knowledge and helping others develop the skills and confidence they need to succeed.

Originally from Europe, my international journey has broadened my perspective on different cultures, professional environments and approaches to business. I believe that understanding different perspectives is an important part of becoming an effective leader and manager.

Throughout my professional career, I have gained experience in sales management, logistics coordination and procurement management. These roles have allowed me to develop a practical understanding of business operations, organizational planning, teamwork, problem-solving and decision-making. I bring these real-world experiences into my lessons to help students connect academic concepts with the challenges businesses face every day.

My approach to teaching is friendly, patient and structured. I believe every student can make progress with the right guidance, clear explanations and a supportive learning environment. I take the time to understand each student's goals and adapt my lessons to their individual needs, whether they want to improve their academic performance, prepare for assessments or develop skills for their future career.
My goal is not simply to help you understand management and organization, but to help you think critically, build confidence and apply your knowledge in real-life situations.

About the lesson

My teaching approach combines academic knowledge with practical business experience to make learning engaging, clear and relevant to real-world situations. I believe that the best way to understand management and organisation is not simply to memorise theories, but to learn how to apply them in practice.

My teaching techniques and methodology

I adapt my lessons to each student's individual needs, learning pace and objectives. My approach includes clear explanations of management concepts, practical business examples, interactive discussions, case studies and problem-solving exercises. I encourage students to ask questions, think critically and develop their own solutions to business challenges.

Where appropriate, I use examples from sales management, logistics, procurement, leadership and organisational operations to connect theoretical knowledge with real business situations.

Typical lesson length

Lessons typically last 60 minutes, providing enough time to introduce concepts, explore practical examples, work through questions and review key takeaways. Lessons can be adapted to suit each student's schedule, level of knowledge and learning objectives.

My qualifications and professional experience

I hold a Bachelor's degree in Business and Logistics and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) specialising in International Leadership.

My professional experience includes sales management, logistics coordination and procurement management. These roles have given me practical knowledge of business operations, team coordination, leadership, strategic planning, supplier relationships and organisational performance.

I bring this combination of academic education and professional experience to my lessons, helping students understand not only what management theories mean, but also how they are used in the workplace.
