About Natascha

MY INTERNATIONAL MARKETING EXPERIENCE
I bring 20+ years of international experience across marketing, brand, communications and business development, including senior marketing leadership roles across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

I've worked across B2B and B2C environments, from luxury retail and real estate to commercial interiors and professional services, managing international brands, teams, agencies, suppliers and seven-figure marketing budgets.

My experience spans strategy and positioning, brand, digital and email marketing, customer experience, business development and marketing operations.

MY COMMERCIAL EXPERIENCE
I've always approached marketing as part of the wider business, not as an isolated function. I've worked closely with sales, operations, leadership and cross-functional teams, connecting marketing decisions to customer behaviour, commercial priorities and business objectives.

As an independent consultant, I've also worked directly with SMEs, so I understand the reality of limited budgets, competing priorities and having to decide what will actually move the needle.

My work has contributed to measurable results including increased sales, conversion, customer retention and revenue, as well as helping businesses improve their positioning, customer journey and marketing operations.

MY APPROACH
I'm naturally analytical and tend to step back, look at the bigger picture and identify what matters most before jumping to solutions.

I won't simply validate an idea because it's the one you arrived with. I'll help you question assumptions, identify blind spots, consider alternatives and turn the problem into clear priorities and practical next steps.

The aim is not more marketing theory. It's to give you an experienced, independent perspective that helps you make better decisions.

Sometimes you don't need another course or more marketing theory. You need an experienced outside perspective on the problem in front of you.

I offer practical, one-to-one marketing strategy sessions for business owners and marketers who want to step back, see the bigger picture, challenge assumptions and decide what to do next.

Depending on the challenge, we can draw on my experience across marketing, brand, communications, business development, customer experience and marketing operations to look at the problem from different angles.

- pressure-test a strategy, campaign or new idea

- Sessions are practical and tailored to your business, your situation and the decisions you're facing. Bring a specific problem or use me as an ongoing strategic sounding board.
- Your first 30-minute session is free. We'll discuss what you're working on, identify where I can add the most value and decide on the best approach.
- All sessions are treated with strict confidentiality, so you can discuss your business challenges and concerns openly.
- Sessions are online via Google Meet and can be recorded and/or transcribed with your permission.
