About Aju

Hello! I'm Aju Stephen Wilson, a Chartered Accountant and Finance Controller with over 17 years of professional experience in accounting, finance, financial reporting, budgeting, costing, taxation, internal controls, and business finance.

Throughout my career, I have worked with multinational organizations and have managed finance operations across multiple countries. My experience extends beyond textbooks. I use accounting every day to solve real business challenges, make financial decisions, and support business growth. This practical perspective is what I bring to every class.

I hold professional qualifications including Chartered Accountant (CA), US Certified Management Accountant (CMA), Diploma in IFRS (DipIFR – ACCA), and certifications in SAP S/4HANA Finance, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), and Financial Modeling & Valuation (FMVA).

My teaching philosophy is simple: make complex topics easy to understand. I focus on building strong fundamentals, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills rather than rote memorization. Every lesson is tailored to the student's current level, learning pace, and academic or career goals.

With over 17 years of professional experience and my current role as a Finance Controller, I combine academic concepts with practical business applications to help students build strong fundamentals and real-world skills.
