About Alice

In my Math lessons, we focus on developing rapid numerical fluency that goes beyond rote memorization. About the lesson

I am a Maths tutor with over 8 years of experience and a BSc in Statistics and Mathematics. My teaching is centered on making abstract ideas like set theory and foundational mathematics accessible and engaging. I believe these subjects are not just academic requirements but the very language of advanced thought.

I guide students through cardinality, axiomatic systems, and the principles of formal proofs with patience and clarity. To bridge the gap between abstraction and understanding, I often use analogies that make complex ideas feel concrete. A simple comparison can illuminate what once seemed impenetrable.

My students include advanced high school learners stepping into higher-level concepts and early university students aiming to strengthen their foundations. I have also supported those pursuing pure mathematics, logic, and theoretical computer science.
