Every session is tailored to target your weak areas and sharpen your strengths.

About the lesson

I’m a Maths tutor with over 7 years of experience and a MSc in Computational Mathematics. My passion lies in making advanced mathematical concepts accessible and engaging, especially for non-STEM majors. I believe math is much more than numbers and formulas—it’s about understanding big ideas and seeing the patterns that shape our world. Instead of focusing on heavy computation, I emphasize conceptual understanding and real-world relevance.

I use everyday analogies to connect abstract ideas to familiar experiences. Sometimes, I bring in historical context to show how these concepts evolved and why they matter. This approach helps students see math as a living subject, full of stories and discoveries.

I’ve worked extensively with liberal arts students, humanities scholars, and anyone looking to overcome math anxiety or past struggles. Many come to me worried about math, but I’m here to change that. Together, we break down barriers and build confidence step by step.
