About Nora
As a Chess tutor, my teaching methodology is rooted in integrity, understanding, and cultural sensitivity, ensuring every student feels valued and respected. I believe in fostering a safe and supportive environment where students can express themselves freely and grow at their own pace. In addition to Chess, I offer tutoring in relevant subjects such as Math, Strategy, and Critical Thinking. I have had the privilege of teaching around 150 students, tailoring each lesson to meet the individual needs and goals of my students. Whether you're a beginner or an advanced player, I provide personalized learning experiences, focusing on developing core skills such as strategy, tactics, and pattern recognition. My approach emphasizes clear communication, patience, and motivation to foster a positive learning environment. I specialize in all areas of the game, including openings, middlegames, endgames, and tactical play. With my supportive teaching style, I empower students to gain confidence, refine their skills, and achieve success on and off the board.
