About Ruby
I have over 8 years of experience teaching Chemistry and hold an MSc in Radiochemistry. My focus is on food chemistry and nutritional science, exploring how molecules affect what we eat. I teach macromolecules, food additives, and metabolic processes in a clear and practical way. Lessons include dietary analysis and food product development to make chemistry relevant to everyday life. Students learn how chemical reactions occur during cooking and food processing. I emphasize connecting theory with real-world applications in nutrition and culinary science. Lessons are interactive and tailored to each student’s goals.
