About Marzieh

Hello! I’m Marzieh, an experienced and dedicated English language tutor with a strong background in education and international communication. With a Master’s degree from a U.S. university and years of hands-on teaching experience, I specialize in helping learners build fluency, confidence, and real-world language skills. I’ve worked with students from diverse linguistic and cultural backgrounds, including non-native speakers, university students, and professionals aiming to improve their English for academic or career goals. My approach is patient, respectful, and personalized—each lesson is designed to meet you where you are and help you reach your full potential. Whether you’re preparing for an exam, preparing for your dissertation defense, applying for university, or simply want to speak English more naturally, I’m here to guide you step-by-step. I bring professionalism, enthusiasm, and a deep understanding of how to make learning English enjoyable and effective.

About the lesson

As an English tutor, I believe that learning a language should be engaging, personalized, and ‎confidence-building. My teaching method is grounded in interactive communication, practical ‎examples, and culturally responsive materials—especially helpful for learners whose first ‎language is not English.‎
Teaching Method and Techniques
I use a communicative and student-centered approach. This means you’ll speak and practice ‎English actively from day one. I blend real-life dialogues, visual aids, grammar scaffolding, ‎and language boosters to ensure each student builds fluency step by step. For students who are ‎shy or anxious, I use positive reinforcement and gentle correction to reduce stress and promote ‎growth.‎
My Typical Lesson Plan
Each lesson includes:‎
• Warm-up conversation to activate prior knowledge.‎
• Targeted skill-building (e.g., vocabulary, grammar, or pronunciation focus).‎
• Practice activities like role-playing or writing short responses.‎
• Real-life application such as watching clips, discussing a text, or practicing interview ‎questions.‎
• Quick review and personalized homework to reinforce learning.‎
What Sets Me Apart
What makes me unique as a tutor is my background in education, digital learning, and ‎working with multilingual learners, including those with learning challenges. I’m also very ‎empathetic and adaptable—I adjust my pace and style to match each student’s goals and ‎comfort level.‎
Who Are My Lessons for?‎
• Beginner to Intermediate English learners
• Students preparing for Duolingo or IELTS
• Academic learners needing help with essays or presentations
• Professionals and university students aiming to improve spoken or written English, or ‎wishing to work on their proposal and PhD or Master’s dissertation. I am here to help you ‎with professional defense presentation!‎

My goal is to help you unlock your full potential in English—whether it's for travel, study, ‎career, or everyday communication. Let’s grow your language skills together!‎

It is a pleasure to write in support of Marzieh for a tutoring position on your platform. I worked ‎with her in the same college, where she assisted with language learning for advanced language ‎learners.‎
Marzieh brought empathy, professionalism, and a strong sense of responsibility to every session. ‎Students—ranging from school-aged children to adults—benefited greatly from her clear ‎instruction and warm teaching style.‎
I am confident that Marzieh will bring the same level of excellence to your platform.‎

I’m writing to recommend my friend, Marzieh, as an English tutor. I’ve known her for 6 years ‎now, and I can confidently say that she has a natural gift for language, communication, and is ‎really committed to her teaching responsibilities.‎
Whether it's helping friends or students with their essays, or thesis, proofreading documents, or explaining grammar rules in ‎a way that actually makes sense, Marzieh always finds a way to make learning English less ‎intimidating and even fun. I’ve personally learned a lot just from casual conversations with her.‎
