About Ines
I’m an English tutor with over 14 years of experience and a Master of Arts in Applied Linguistics, with a focus on English Literature. I’ve always been passionate about reading, storytelling, and the beauty of language. Whether it’s a classic novel or a modern short story, I love helping students explore meaning, emotion, and imagination through text. My lessons focus on building strong reading comprehension, clear essay writing, and thoughtful literary analysis. I guide students to express ideas confidently and build powerful vocabulary along the way. I use exciting, age-appropriate texts and creative assignments to make learning engaging and personal. From analyzing character motives to crafting short stories, I make each session a journey into language and imagination. I work with teens, college students, and aspiring writers at various levels. I also support academic goals while encouraging independent thinking and original voice. My teaching is friendly, thoughtful, and tailored to individual needs.
