About Talia
Hi, I’m a French tutor with over 4 years of teaching experience and a Master’s degree in Bilingual Education with a focus on French and applied linguistics. I specialize in making French accessible and enjoyable for learners of all backgrounds and levels. Whether you're learning for school, work, travel, or personal growth, I tailor each session to your goals. My online lessons are interactive and tech-savvy. I use virtual whiteboards to explain grammar clearly, vocabulary apps to boost retention, and speech recognition tools to fine-tune pronunciation. These tools help bring the language to life and make learning more engaging and effective. My sessions are flexible and student-led, giving you space to ask questions, practice speaking, and explore topics that interest you. I’ve worked with learners across time zones and cultures, so I understand how to keep lessons adaptable and inclusive. My approach to teaching French is clear, structured, and student-focused. I create personalized lessons based on your level, goals, and learning style. Whether you're a school student needing help with grammar, vocabulary, or reading, or preparing for board exams or international certifications, I’ve got you covered.
I focus on building strong basics while improving fluency and confidence. I use fun memory tricks, repetition techniques, and visual tools to help with long-term retention. For students preparing for tests, I teach effective strategies for reading comprehension, listening, writing, and speaking tasks. We also practice mock tests to improve speed and accuracy.
For learners who already have some French background or travel often, I support them in refining their language skills and expanding their expression in real-life situations. I help turn passive knowledge into active use through conversation and practical examples.
My lessons are always supportive, interactive, and goal-driven. We’ll track your progress regularly and adjust the pace to keep you motivated. With the right support and methods, French can be fun and easy to master!
