About Jude
I am a passionate French tutor with over four years of teaching experience and a Master of Arts in French Linguistics in International Studies. My background allows me to combine language learning with a deep understanding of global culture and communication. I believe French is more than just a language — it’s a gateway to exploring the world, new ideas, and diverse perspectives. In my lessons, I blend grammar and vocabulary with authentic materials from Francophone countries, such as news articles, films, songs, and podcasts. This helps students experience the language in real-world contexts and understand its cultural richness. I use memory retention techniques like association, repetition, and visual learning to make words and rules easy to remember. My test-taking strategies help students manage time, handle tricky questions, and write strong answers in both oral and written exams. I guide those learning French for travel or personal connection to communicate confidently and meaningfully. My lessons are interactive and flexible, with real conversations, audio practice, and creative exercises that bring the language to life. Above all, I aim to build confidence, curiosity, and a lasting love for French learning while helping students achieve their academic and personal goals.
