About Caius
I’m a French tutor with over 4 years of experience and a Bachelor of Applied Languages in French education. I specialize in teaching children aged 5 to 12 using interactive storytelling, songs, and movement. These playful methods help young learners absorb foundational vocabulary, pronunciation, and simple grammar naturally. My lessons are designed to be joyful and engaging, making French learning fun and memorable. I believe that children learn best when they’re curious and excited, so I create a warm and encouraging environment where they feel safe to explore the language. Through games and activities, I help students build confidence while developing strong listening and speaking skills. My teaching approach for French focuses on making the language easy and enjoyable for both beginners and intermediate learners. I believe that strong listening skills are key, so I include plenty of listening comprehension exercises using real-life conversations and audio materials. I also teach slang and idiomatic expressions to make language learning practical and fun. These help students understand everyday speech and sound more natural. For those preparing to travel, I offer specific lessons focused on useful travel phrases and cultural tips.
I’m experienced in helping newcomers settle in by teaching them everyday French they can use right away. Hobby learners also enjoy my interactive lessons, where I encourage curiosity and steady progress. Each lesson is personalized to meet individual goals and learning styles.
I use simple explanations, clear examples, and lots of practice. My goal is to build confidence and skill step by step. I support my students in becoming comfortable speakers who can enjoy French in real life. Together, we make learning French exciting and achievable.
