Together, we’ll explore solo phrasing by diving into memorable solos and uncovering what makes them sing. I’m a dedicated guitar tutor with over 5 years of teaching experience and a Bachelor of Arts in Music, specializing in Guitar. My approach is holistic and personalized, blending traditional technique with innovative methods to support your growth as a musician. I integrate movement principles such as the Alexander Technique and mindful breathing to help you play more comfortably and prevent injury. Visual learning is a key part of my teaching—using diagrams and fretboard maps to make complex concepts clear and accessible. You’ll also benefit from carefully curated auditory playbacks to develop your ear and musical intuition.
Performance anxiety is something I take seriously. Together, we’ll work on practical strategies to build your confidence and ease on stage. Technique and musicality go hand in hand in my lessons, ensuring you grow as a well-rounded player. Whether you’re just starting out or looking to refine your skills, my goal is to nurture both your technical ability and your expressive voice.
