About Max

I’m a Math tutor with over 3 years of experience and a BSc in Applied Mathematics. I specialize in using math to make sense of real-world decisions, especially in economics and business. My passion lies in showing students how concepts like game theory and optimization techniques can be powerful tools for strategic thinking. I love teaching topics such as Nash equilibrium, linear programming, and cost-benefit analysis. These are not just theoretical ideas—they’re frameworks that help people and organizations make smarter choices. I guide students to understand these principles clearly and apply them with confidence. My sessions focus on practical applications and intuitive understanding. I use real-life examples and case-based scenarios to bring models to life. For students studying business or economics, I help build strong mathematical foundations to solve complex, strategic problems. I believe that mathematics is more than numbers—it's a way of thinking clearly under pressure. If you're ready to gain a competitive edge in decision sciences, let’s explore how math can be your best strategy.

About the lesson

My teaching approach in Math is relaxed, practical, and strongly connected to real-world applications. I believe that understanding math should feel natural—especially when it relates to the digital world we live in. That’s why I use programming analogies and real-life examples to make abstract concepts easier to grasp. I teach topics like coding logic, algorithmic thinking, discrete mathematics for computer science, and how computational processes work. These areas are essential for students aiming to build strong foundations in technology and programming. Whether we're breaking down an algorithm or working through a proof, I help students see the "why" behind the "how." My sessions are structured but flexible, designed around each student's pace and learning style. I especially enjoy working with proof seekers and architecture-minded learners who enjoy building solutions step by step. I help them grow confident in solving problems and expressing their thoughts clearly. Together, we turn confusion into clarity. I support students in excelling by building both their problem-solving skills and their mathematical confidence. Math becomes a tool they can use, not just a subject they study. Let’s make math a natural part of your digital life—one step at a time.
