About Anuva

Hi, I'm Anuva! I studied psychology in London on a program accredited by the British Psychological Society (BPS), the UK's professional body for psychology. That training gave me a strong grounding in core areas like cognitive, social, developmental, and biological psychology, as well as research methods and academic writing.

I know how overwhelming psychology can feel at first, with so many theories, studies, and technical terms to keep track of. That's why I focus on making ideas clear, relatable, and easy to remember, so you understand the "why" behind them and not just the definitions.

Studying in an international setting also taught me to explain concepts in a way that works for different learning styles and backgrounds. I'm patient, encouraging, and always happy to go at your pace.
