About Ricardo

I’m Rick Parker, an Executive Coach, Public Speaker, Author, and Communication Strategist with over 20 years of experience in public speaking, leadership, and high-impact communication.

I hold an MBA from EADA Business School in Barcelona, specializing in Executive Leadership Competencies and High-Impact Communication, and I’m a Certified Executive Coach from INCAE Business School.

Throughout my career, I’ve spoken on television, radio, at universities, conferences, and international forums. I also served as a Congressman in El Salvador, where persuasive communication, public debate, and leadership were essential to my professional responsibilities.

As the creator of GOAT Coaching, I combine executive coaching, critical thinking, and practical communication strategies to help individuals develop their authentic voice and maximize their influence.

My teaching philosophy is grounded in one principle: True charisma comes from authenticity, not imitation.

I don’t offer generic formulas or motivational speeches. I provide personalized coaching based on real-world experience, structured methodologies, and measurable progress.

My goal is not simply to make you a better speaker. It’s to help you become someone worth listening to.
