About Priyenka

I want to share my knowledge because I have seen how consistent yoga practice can bring positive changes in both physical and mental well-being. My goal is to make yoga accessible, enjoyable, and practical for every student, regardless of their age or experience level. Whether you are a beginner starting your flexibility and strength or wanting to develop a deeper and more advanced practice, I would be happy to guide you step by step.
