About Ravinaa
I'm Ravinaa, currently a final-year BPharm student, and I’m currently teaching private one-to-one chemistry and biology spm classes for five students.I also have been tutorings since 2020.I have my own flexible teaching methods to suit each student’s pace, making it easier for slow learners and those resitting SPM Chemistry and Biology to catch up and excel. I take a student-centered approach to tutoring, focusing on building a strong foundation in Chemistry by breaking down complex concepts into simpler, relatable ideas. I provide targeted exercises, including SPM past-year questions, and guide students on effective answering techniques to maximize marks.
Typical Length of a Lesson:
-Duration: 1.5 to 2 hours
-First 15 minutes: Quick recap of the previous lesson and Q&A.
-1 hour: In-depth explanation and discussion of the current topic.
Last 15-30 minutes: Practice questions, discussion of answers, and assignments. In my class, I expect students to take their revision seriously. Twice a week, I will conduct formative assessments to test your understanding of each topic, so you must stay on top of your work. Completing the practice exercises I give is non-negotiable. Self-revision is just as important—you are required to fully go through the notes I provide to prepare for the weekly quizzes. If you're ready to commit, this class may be for you!
Over the years, I have successfully tutored few SPM Chemistry as well science students, helping them improve their confidence and performance. My lessons cater to Form 4 and Form 5 SPM students (DLP ) aged 16–18, regardless of their starting proficiency. Whether you're aiming for better grades or mastering Chemistry, my goal is to make learning effective and enjoyable!
