About Emilly
I'm studying for a master's degree in chemical engineering at IST and, in order to keep up with my studies, I decided to start tutoring.
I have been working in this field for 2 years and all the students I have taught have managed to improve their grades and achieve their goals. I have experience teaching children with special needs.
I have also prepared students for national exams and everyone was successful and managed to get into the course/university they wanted.

I try to talk to the student first to find out which discipline or subject they have doubts about. Calmly organizing the class in advance and explaining as many times as necessary in different and didactic ways. At school, teachers have the habit of just explaining the subject, I try to explain it, but also finding examples of how to apply it to everyday situations.
