I am a student of the Master in Food and Beverage Business Planning and Management, Bachelor of Gastronomy from the best university in Gastronomy in Mexico. I have experience of more than 10 years working in the gastronomic area and more than 5 years teaching courses and training; I currently have a small food and beverage business

My way of teaching is to make it easy and simple to understand, without complicated terms, even if you see the terms, I try to simplify them. To give a better teaching, during the teaching period, a manual is put together (notebook, notes, etc.) together with the apprentices so that they themselves can remember and recognize where they learned what; This makes for better interaction and better learning.
