Hi! I'm a master's student in psychotherapy with a passion for helping people who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or just need a bit of extra support to stay on track. I work with students of all ages — whether you're in high school, CEGEP, university, or returning to school later in life. I specialize in supporting folks with ADHD, learning differences, or executive functioning challenges, and I know how hard it can be to juggle everything. My approach is calm, flexible, and encouraging — no judgment, just practical strategies and someone in your corner.
