About Joyce
Hello! I am a dedicated and passionate Tagalog tutor with a Bachelor of Elementary Education (BEED) degree and 15 years of teaching and tutoring experience. I enjoy helping students of all ages build confidence in speaking, reading, and writing Tagalog through engaging, personalized, and practical lessons. My teaching style is patient, supportive, and student-centered, allowing every learner to progress at their own pace. Teaching Method and Techniques

As a BEED graduate with 15 years of teaching and tutoring experience, I combine interactive discussions, guided practice, visual aids, reading activities, conversation exercises, and personalized learning materials. My lessons encourage critical thinking, active participation, and confidence, making learning Tagalog both enjoyable and effective.
A Typical Lesson Plan
Every lesson begins with a short review of previous topics to reinforce learning and assess progress. I then introduce a new concept through clear explanations, practical examples, and guided activities. Students participate in reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension exercises that promote real-life language use. The lesson concludes with feedback, a summary of key points, and optional practice activities to strengthen understanding.
