About Steven

As a guitar tutor, I am dedicated to motivating and encouraging each student. I believe in celebrating progress, no matter how small, and helping you stay inspired throughout your learning journey. My goal is to make each lesson enjoyable and fulfilling, so you stay passionate about playing guitar.

My approach is both organized and structured. I design lessons to build on each other, ensuring you develop a solid foundation and understand every concept thoroughly. By breaking down complex topics and providing clear goals, I make sure you know exactly what to focus on next.

I’m empathetic and understanding, always ready to listen and adjust my teaching methods to fit your needs. If you encounter challenges, I’m here to solve problems creatively and find solutions that work best for you. My aim is to create a supportive learning environment where you feel confident and motivated.

About the lesson

In my guitar sessions, I use real-life examples and case studies to make learning engaging and practical. By analyzing famous guitarists and their techniques, you’ll see how theory applies to real performances. This approach helps students understand and appreciate the music they play.

My lessons cover a broad range of topics, including chord progressions, scales, rhythm techniques, improvisation, fingerpicking, strumming patterns, music theory, sight-reading, ear training, and genre-specific styles. Each topic is broken down into manageable chunks, ensuring that you build a solid foundation and advance smoothly.

Sessions are structured and organized to maximize your learning. We start with warm-ups and review previous material before diving into new concepts. Each lesson is designed to reinforce skills and prepare you for the next steps, keeping progress steady and effective.

Whether you’re focusing on classical techniques or exploring electric guitar solos, my teaching approach ensures you get a comprehensive education. By tailoring lessons to your goals and interests, you’ll develop the skills and passion needed to excel in your guitar journey.
