About Williams
I've been playing the piano for around a decade now and I started off by teaching this for free to my family.
It started off with a hobby, but then I quickly noticed that I have the ability to let students understand complicated topics fast and I was able to break it down into simple terms that even a 5-year-old kid could understand.
So I started taking this more seriously and had some students through word of mouth and I've been doing this professionally for around five years now at the time of me writing this.
Teaching piano has been one of the most inspiring things I ever did, especially when I work with students that are serious, committed, it makes me happy to see their progress.

So here's how I like to conduct my sessions. I like to first start with some warm-ups on the piano just to make sure that the fingers are flexible enough and we don't have any issues playing fast songs during the class. After this I start by making sure that the homework from the last week is done. I let the student play the homework. I give him healthy critiques and make sure that the mistakes that he did never repeat itself by having a list of all his mistakes inside a PDF that I always ask the student to have a physical print of, not digital, so he can keep it in front of him.
After this, we start with a real challenge. I try to see what is holding us back from playing harder songs and most of the time it's gonna be music theory or finger flexibility. So I give the student challenging drills to make sure that I challenge his fingers as well as his mind to make sure that I'm getting the best out of him during the class.
Finally, I end up the session by giving a homework for the next time, keeping in mind that not all students have the time to practice. So I try to keep it minimal, giving only the essentials, so that I can take care of ninety percent of the work and the student can do ten percent of the work at home.
