🟢 I believe that technical literacy is the "new superpower." My methodology, "The Architecture of Learning," moves away from rote memorization and focuses on functional mastery.
🟢 Context-First Learning: I never teach a tool in isolation. If we are learning MS Excel, we don't just learn formulas; we build a real-world budget or a project tracker.
🟢 The "Click-by-Click" Philosophy: For M365 Admin and Azure, I use a hands-on, live-demo approach. Students watch me execute a task, and then they perform it themselves while I provide real-time feedback.
🟢 Bridging the Gap: I identify the "shortcuts" and professional "hacks" that I’ve used in my 25-year career—things that aren't found in standard school textbooks.
️ Each session is designed to be high-energy and outcome-oriented:
The Recap: A quick "warm-up" quiz or discussion on the previous lesson to ensure retention.
The Concept: Introduction of a new module (e.g., Azure Storage or Excel Pivot Tables) using visual aids and real-world examples.
Guided Practice: The "Work-Along" phase. We open the software together, and the student completes a specific task under my guidance.
