About MAALU
Hello! I’m Sruthi, an accomplished Engineering graduate with a deep passion for teaching and a commitment to nurturing the next generation of engineers. Throughout my academic journey, I consistently strived for excellence, earning the distinction of being the top student in my Engineering batch. My dedication to my studies was recognized with several prestigious awards, including national-level ones, which further fueled my enthusiasm for the field. I am also a licensed engineer, which allows me to bring practical insights and real-world applications to my teaching. With over five years of experience as an instructor in both private and government institutions, I have had the privilege of training more than 100 students. My teaching philosophy centers on creating an engaging and supportive learning environment where students can thrive. I focus on breaking down complex concepts into manageable lessons, ensuring that each student not only understands the material but also feels empowered to apply it in practical settings. I believe that education goes beyond textbooks; it’s about inspiring curiosity and fostering critical thinking.
