About Greta
"I have spent 13 years refining a curriculum that balances technical rigor with actual music making. Sometimes I find that students struggle most with the basics of TUNING AND MAINTENANCE before they ever attempt a solo.
I have taught 366 students how to navigate the fretboard through structured improvisation and soloing. My background includes a formal degree from Queensland Conservatorium and a full-time teaching career. I enjoy watching a student finally nail a difficult transition during GRADE EXAM PREP. It is a genuine pleasure to see that lightbulb moment happen in real time."

"Good teaching requires an honest acknowledgment that playing guitar is physically demanding at the start. I admit that my own hands still cramp if I do not warm up properly before a long set. Because I bring 13 years of experience to these sessions, I provide specific drills that address your unique biomechanics. We work through the mechanics of clean chord changes and efficient soloing techniques to ensure you sound musical from day one.
You will find that my approach emphasizes the physical sensation of the instrument as much as the theory behind it. We focus on results that you can hear and feel immediately."
