I haveexperience working with individuals in recovery, that learn to live with mental illness asking with others trying to reduce stress and life life in life tends who are needing to over come obstacles or just need someone to listen and problem solve with. I live by the motto that we can enter ourselves to be better today than we were yesterday in all we do!
