About Niyathi
I am a qualified health and nutrition professional with a Master’s degree in Public Health and Health Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics. I am passionate about making health and nutrition simple, practical, and easy to understand for students of all levels.
I enjoy helping students break down complex topics into clear concepts and apply them in real life. My teaching style is supportive, interactive, and adapted to each student’s learning pace.
My goal is to help students build strong foundations in nutrition, health science, and healthy lifestyle habits with confidence and clarity.
