About Lou
I am a hardworking and passionate Guitar tutor with 13 years of professional teaching experience. I teach high school and college students who want to learn guitar with confidence and clarity. Over the past two years, I have successfully taught around 300–350 students. One of my proudest achievements was preparing a group of students for a college cultural programme where they performed live for the first time. Many of them began as beginners but played confidently in front of large audiences. This moment remains a special milestone in my teaching career. In my classes, I focus on fundamentals such as hand position, chord transitions, rhythm patterns, and strumming control. I make learning simple and enjoyable so that students stay motivated and consistent. I also help students build performance confidence step by step. I strongly believe that education should develop both talent and character. I guide my students with patience, positivity, and encouragement. My mission is to help students grow as musicians and as confident individuals.

My guitar teaching approach is guided by communication, accountability, and integrity. I strongly believe that open communication allows students to learn without fear. I explain lessons in simple language and encourage students to ask questions whenever needed. Accountability helps students stay consistent and focused. I guide them to practise regularly and follow a clear learning plan. I check their progress honestly and motivate them to improve at their own pace. I also take responsibility for creating meaningful and well-planned lessons. Integrity is the foundation of my teaching. I always guide students honestly and focus on building real skills. Students learn guitar techniques such as proper tuning, finger control, chord formation, strumming patterns, rhythm balance, scales, and song performance. Along with guitar, I also teach basic music theory, rhythm training, ear training, beginner composition, and performance confidence. These supporting subjects help students become balanced musicians. My goal is to develop confident, disciplined, and skilled guitar students through steady learning and strong values.
