About Stephanie
After building a relationship with my student, I want to understand what has been difficult, what they have tried before, and come up with a plan to support educational improvements. Everyone learns differently and I embrace that. I also want to make learning fun! Let’s incorporate visuals, memory songs/phrases, and other associations to make things stick. I will also work to provide continued reassurance during the process in order to provide continued support and build confidence!

My name is Stephanie and I am excited to work with you! I have my master’s degree in clinical psychology and am licensed as a therapist! My tutoring interests include psychology, sociology, English, and communications. I have strong computer and analytical skills which also allows me to provide support with topics such as Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.). I am compassionate and flexible when it comes to learning and always meet people where they are. I value that everyone is an individual and learns differently. I love using visuals and real life examples when teaching new skills!
