Masters in Music Education and Undergrad in Jazz Performance. I’ve taken students from 0 interest to getting a scholarship to attend a conservatory and everything in between :)

Miguel is the Best. He has the knowledge, personality, and patience to help you achieve your goals. I am a witness he brought out my hidden talents.

My 12-year-old daughter had never had a piano lesson before her sessions with Miguel. One year later, she is passionate about the instrument and playing songs from the Beatles. Miguel is a kind, patient and progressive teacher. Highly Recommend.

Miguel is the kindest, sweetest, most understanding and patient teacher!!! I am 68 years old and began taking piano lessons two years ago. Miguel has taught me so much in a short period of time. I highly recommend Miguel to anyone taking lessons at any age!!!

Learning the piano has always been a dream of mine. Miguel has made my experience learning the piano, (as an adult beginner), amazing! He is patient, understanding & a consummate professional! I am so pleased with my progress with reading & understanding the sheet music and playing actual music! Practice makes perfect & Miguel has been a perfect match for me as my piano instructor

Miguel is such a delight to work with. My son loves taking piano lessons with him. Miguel mixes the typical songs from a book with extra enrichment activities, such as including some music theory and encouraging my son to make up his own songs and write them down on staff paper. In short, we are thrilled with Miguel's lessons. He really goes above and beyond what a typical teacher would do.

My 13yo old son, Liam and I have only the best to say about working with Miguel for piano lessons. Miguel is always pleasant, and is able to motivate my teenaged son to want to learn. Liam always leaves his lessons feeling encouraged and ready to tackle the week’s goals. Miguel’s knowledge of music is evident and he communicates this in a way that makes Liam want to give his best. Liam has been taking lessons from Miguel for over a year, and was totally new to piano prior to that. Liam has made tremendous progress, and is excited to continue.

Miguel is such a talented musician and teacher. His patience with my wild twins is a rare, special gift - he is not only knowledgeable, kind, and fun, but he has genuinely sparked a love for music in them!

Miguel is a very humble, nice, knowledgeable, and professional individual. My 11 year old daughter was fearful of having her first saxophone lesson, as she thought her teacher would be mean and unpleasant. However, once she met & received instructions from Miguel, her fear was gone and she was & is extremely excited to have him as her instructor. His poise and professionalism made me, as a father, feel very comfortable and reassured as to his ability to not only provide instructions for my daughter on the sax, but myself on the keyboard.

Miguel was very friendly and patient.

Miguel is thorough and patient and is a great instructor. Using lessons books and other music he has helped me progress quite a lot.

He is very nice and has made me a better saxophone player.

He is working with my 5 yr old and he is great. Very patient and personable.

Miguel, is a very patient and very good teacher!! Happy to have him as my child’s piano teacher.

Miguel has been a great instructor for my daughter. He takes the time to explain things, giving her a greater understanding of her instruments and the music. Miguel has also been great to work with in regards to scheduling lessons and communicating. He is always quick to respond to my messages and understanding when we need to make changes. I would highly recommend working with Miguel.

Miguel is an awesome teacher. I've been taking piano lessons with him for over year. I m an older beginner and really appreciate his patience, encouragement, and love of music. Taking lessons can be intimidating, but Miguel makes it comfortable and enjoyable. He is clearly knowledgeable about his craft and wants his students to share in his love of making music.

Miguel is an outstanding Teacher. He is patient and displays a genuine passion for what he does. My wife and I are so very happy that we were paired with him.
