Rugwed is very thorough with his subject and pretty good at it too. He specializes in research but can also teach very well.
One stark quality that makes him fit for this position is that he is very passionate about the subject, he looks at any problem from the perspective of new learner and tries to find solve it starting from the scratch. I think this is the quality every student needs and who can be better than the one who himself has mastered it. He would be a great teacher as he always tries to learn new things and influences people around him too. If teaching were a cup of tea, there's only one person who would be few people eligible to hold that and Rugwed would be one of them.

Rugwed has his basics clear and only after ensuring he is thorough with the basics he will move on to the complex concepts. His teaching skills are unmatched and he is passionate about teaching. He has helped many of his peers learning difficult concepts and was always eager to solve our doubts.

Rugwed has a sound understanding of chemistry which he is constantly supplementing with his research work. His thoughts are clear as are his communication skills. He has the ability to engage with students and be a kind and supportive teacher. Most importantly, Rugwed has the honesty to admit when he cannot answer questions asked by students, as well as the confidence to find the answers to such questions and follow up with the student.
