About Joseph-James
My name is Joe and I used to struggle with STEM until I started treating it in a different way, stripping it back to actually understand what was going on rather than just accepting things as is. I am genuinely passionate about teaching and have done a lot of it alongside sports coaching, especially athletics !
I have a BEng in Robotics Engineering (IET accredited) and am currently in the end stages of MSc in Financial Technology at the University of Exeter

I know lots of people find maths or computing boring, but I aim to genuinely make it interesting and maybe even fun.
I can teach from first principles, using a hands-on approach! This is so students can get a better grasp of how to actually solve problems, rather than just pure memorisation.
My background is Engineering BEng (IET accredited) and I am working towards an MSc in Financial Technology + mathematics at Exeter University
