About Drew
I am a naturally curious individual. I am always breaking out of comfort zones for the better. I am a soccer player, adventurer, and biologist. I have taught undergraduate lab courses for non-major biology students and genetics for biology major students. I have taught for 1 1/2 years as a teaching assistant.

I approach each class as a discussion. Initially I begin with an introduction before jumping straight in, however I find it most effective to briefly review the subject from the class prior to piece together the information. I find that a discussion-based classroom allows students to engage more frequently, learn more effectively, and gain confidence.
