About Trish
As partly mentioned in the text below, I would consider myself an approachable, empathetic, adaptable and active individual that wants to support people and their active lifestyle. My experience within fitness and Pilates comes mainly from having had a very active lifestyle, joining different studios and classes but also creating lesson plans and sports routine for people even prior to my Mat and Reformer Qualifications! I truly enjoy teaching and make sure to really take in the individual in front of me as everyone has different strengths/weaknesses as well bodies and mentalities. Hence why I can be flexible/adaptable with whatever it is that you are seeking to achieve! :) My background is also in Psychology making that my big passion alongside Sports.

I offer classes online or depending on the location we could always arrange in person as well :) A typical class time would be between 45-60 mins including Prep, Main and Close Phase. I like to think of myself as someone who challenges and pushes you through the pain - although I include some stretching in between as "rest". This is to not only aid strength and conditioning but also mobility. Furthermore, I can do from beginner-advanced levels and adapt/modify depending on the individual and their needs. I recently qualified but have always been active and had a passion for sports and fitness, specifically for functional training and Pilates. Hence why I would mention that I have had experience over the last few years by creating lesson plans and helping friends out with a routine! I am flexible on pricing options as well - depending on location or if mainly online etc. Happy to do anything between £10-15 for Mat and £15 for Reformer (although would need to be discussed how/where location-wise unless possess one yourself at home to do online) :)
