About Devina
My name is Devina Fernandes I recently switched my career I used to be a teaching assistant in primary schools, I found myself sitting at my desk a lot slouching during work hours which then developed into slight kyphosis, this is when I realised I had to make a change. One day when I was scrolling on TikTok I came across Pilates and how it can improve your spine and posture so I gave it a go and completely fell in love with it, Pilates is the only way that helped me achieve good results.

My workouts are designed for women who are beginners and intermediate level, there will be a lot of verbal clues and imagery throughout the class. Every class will be around 30-40 minutes, I will do my best to create workouts that give results

It was my first time doing pilates and she made me feel very comfortable and was patient with me, I felt really great after my work out !
