About Alfonzo
High achievers often struggle most with word problems, finding that standard formulas fail under pressure. My background includes a Master of Science in Applied Mathematics from the University of Chicago, which informs how I break down complex logic. During my 8 years of experience, I have guided students toward Ivy League admissions by focusing on arithmetic, number sense, and competition math prep.
