About Grace
Hi, I’m Grace — your friendly math and coding tutor!
I’m a UBC graduate in International Economics, a high-achieving math student, and currently a data engineer. I love helping students turn confusing concepts into “I get it!” moments. My focus is on strengthening your understanding of core concepts, building reliable problem-solving habits, and helping you feel confident tackling challenging questions independently. My goal is to help you understand why things work, not just memorize formulas.

My goal is for every session to feel productive, encouraging, and confidence-boosting. You’ll leave each lesson with a stronger understanding of the material and a growing confidence in your ability to tackle challenging questions on your own.

Grace tutored me in math throughout Grade 12 and helped me get much better marks on my tests. She is really good at breaking down concepts that seemed super complicated and explaining them in a way that actually makes sense. I feel much more confident going into first-year university math because she helped me build a strong foundation and made sure I actually understood the material.
